  • Studied plastics and elastomer technology at the FHWS Würzburg.
  • This was followed by 5 years as a specialist in plastics technology in the area of pre-development at Robert Bosch GmbH Waiblingen.
  • Main focus: Consulting of all departments of the development in the constructive design of plastic and rubber parts incl. several days of staff training.
  • This was followed by 4 years as project manager and key account manager in the international OEM automotive environment (USA, Russia, South Korea, Japan, Italy) at DANA/ REINZ-Dichtungs-GmbH, Neu-Ulm, for plastic cylinder head covers with integrated seals, oil separation systems and pressure control units.
  • (OEM-customers: Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, YAMZ, Lada, Ford)
  • Annual product and customer training.
  • Speaker at ASK-Altmann " 9th Plastic Engine Components Forum" 2005.
  • Publication in MTZ 12/ 2005 (Motorentechnische Zeitung) on "Oil separation in crankcase ventilation".
  • Co-speaker at VDI-Congress " Plastics in Automotive Engineering" 2007.
  • Since 2008 working as "Technical Sales Manager" at SATTLER GmbH, Wächtersbach, Sales and Development Office Winnenden.
  • Responsible project manager for all customer development projects, for international connections as well as "QM representative" for ISO 9001 and internal QM system and process auditor.

  • Born 1975
  • Studied plastics and elastomer technology at the FHWS Würzburg.
  • Initially, he worked for 2 years as a design engineer in the cab development department of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG and was the cross-departmental contact person for plastic injection molded parts.
  • He then moved to the automotive supplier REUM GmbH & Co. KG as project manager in the development department. In the 6 years, various decorative and functional parts, such as foil-backed and overmolded, galvanized, painted parts, gas injection parts, metal-plastic composite parts,ZBs with kinematics, for renowned OEMs up to series production readiness.
  • Pre-development projects with Daimler Research Untertürkheim.
  • International projects in USA and Spain.
  • Internal and external presentations of pre-development projects with cooperation partners.
  • At the end of 2007, the path to self-employment began under the label "GLENPRO Engineering Services". Customers are various companies in the automotive supply industry and special machine construction. Complete project handling under integration of external resources. Set-up of small batch production lines for automotive parts. Testing and optimization of automotive air conditioning units.
  • Since 2011 active as managing partner of GLENPRO Ingenieurgesellschaft GmbH.
