Supply-Chain-Management
Process
The comprehensive fulfillment of the official definition of supply chain management is the driver of our actions
Supply chain management (SCM) aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of industrial value chains in the long term (strategic), medium term (tactical) and short term (operational), and serves [...] to integrate all corporate activities from raw material procurement to sales to the end customer into a seamless process.
- We offer - based on our long-standing industry knowledge - a selected network of specialized small to medium sized manufacturing companies in Germany, (South-East) Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with some of whom we have been cooperating for more than 15 years in all important industrial sectors all over the world.
- We support our customers from the (further) development of their products, through the prototyping phase and series delivery to the final delivery of spare parts with intelligent and lean processes.
- Due to our location in Germany, we also keep a large part of our customers free from any currency risk or customs clearance problems.
- The following graphs show our understanding of the process flow in the customer and partner relationship.
